This coffee is produced on the Los Ángeles farm in the Central Valley of Costa Rica.
It is the work of Francesca Cubillo and Óscar Chacón, who have been producing coffee for several years. Their families have been coffee producers since 1936, and now Francesca and Óscar are developing coffees of the very highest quality, such as this ALMA coffee.
Their day-to-day work shows an unwavering commitment to excellence through a meticulous process. This natural-process coffee has a fruity, juicy and complex character in the cup. The beans come from the Los Angeles farm, at 1,450 metres above sea level, with the altitude and the choice of the San Isidro 48 variety giving it a distinctive flavour profile.

We select every coffee with great care. We look for tasting notes that truly represent each origin, and for coffees you can enjoy at any time of day.
It's an OMNI roast, which means you can brew it with any method: espresso, filter, French press or your own favourite way.
