WHAT WE DO IS SELECT AND ROAST GOOD COFFEE.

Our selection starts by recognising all the effort growers put into maintaining good farming practices on their farms.
Experience has sharpened our senses so we can select fresh, high-quality coffee. Just holding a handful of beans, we can imagine the flavour and expression that coffee will have once it's served in a cup.

During selection, we assess each coffee one by one to determine its attributes. But the biggest challenge is identifying the flavours that belong to each coffee, and then bringing them out through the art of roasting.

Roasting specialty coffee

A BADLY ROASTED COFFEE IS LIKE UNREQUITED LOVE.

Every coffee is unique. We develop a special roast for every lot.
Depending on the origin, the variety and other factors (moisture %, bean density), we need longer roasts, or higher or lower temperatures. The art of roasting lets us highlight the floral, fruity and spicy notes each coffee has.

The roast has to be consistent from start to finish, so that drinking Quinto Café is always a pleasant moment in your day.
