Not your usual café: we roast here
Quinto Lab is Quinto Café’s space in Tres Cantos. We select coffees from producers and cooperatives in Colombia, Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Brazil and roast them right here.
Come in to buy whole bean coffee, ask us to grind it for your brewer or enjoy a freshly made cup. We’ll happily talk you through origins and brew methods, no rush.

We buy specialty lots and roast them in small batches in Tres Cantos, with the roast date printed on every bag.

Where is Quinto Lab?
At Calle Neptuno 4, Local 4, 28760 Tres Cantos (Madrid). You can get here on the Cercanías C-4 commuter train (Tres Cantos station) or by car.
Can I have a coffee there?
Yes, you can drink in or take away. We’re not your usual café: the coffee we serve is roasted by us, right here.
Will you grind my coffee on the spot?
Yes, to suit your method: espresso, moka pot, filter or French press. You can also take it whole bean.
Do you ship?
Yes, to all of mainland Spain in 24–48 h. Free from €35.
Do you run tastings?
Yes, regularly, and for private groups or companies. Book through our online shop or email us at hola@quintocafe.es.
What’s the difference between Quinto Lab and Quinto Café?
Quinto Café is the brand that selects and roasts the coffee. Quinto Lab is our space in Tres Cantos where we roast, sell and host tastings.
