Delivery times

Delivery times will vary depending on several factors. Specifically:

1.- Monday to Thursday, for orders placed before 15:00, dispatch (that is, preparation of the order) takes place the same day, and delivery will be made within the following 48 hours. 

2.-  If the order is placed after 15:01, it will be prepared the following day, with delivery within a maximum of 72 hours. 

3.- Orders placed on Fridays after 15:00, on Saturdays and/or on Sundays will be dispatched on the next working day, with delivery 24/48 hours after dispatch. 

4.- On public holidays, orders will be prepared on the next working day, provided that the holiday applies in the place of residence of the OWNER, and delivery will be made within a maximum of 48 hours, counting from the day the order is prepared, that is, the first working day after a holiday.  

The delivery time for each order will be specified in that order, depending on the options selected by the user.

However, THE OWNER advises that, exceptionally, this period may be longer than the one specified in the order due to circumstances of force majeure. The user will be informed of this at all times and will in any event retain their right to make a claim, with the burden falling on the OWNER to prove the force majeure event relied upon.
