Buena Vista is a Colombian specialty coffee grown on the farm of the same name in Timaná, Huila, at 1,950 metres above sea level. Produced by Deiro Gasca, a grower with years of dedication to quality, this coffee is honey processed — a method halfway between washed and natural that keeps some of the pulp on the bean during drying, adding sweetness and complexity.
The result is a silky, balanced cup with notes of panela, yellow fruit and honey, and a clean citrus acidity that reflects Huila's altitude and microclimate.

FAQs — Buena Vista Colombia
How should I enjoy Buena Vista?
Black or with milk. Black, its notes of panela, honey and yellow fruit shine through clearly. With milk, the silky body rounds out and a very pleasant sweetness appears.
What are the best brew methods?
Filter / V60 / Chemex: Ideal — highlights the citrus acidity and the yellow fruit and honey notes.
Espresso: Makes a sweet, silky cup with a long panela aftertaste.
Moka pot / French press: Denser and more enveloping, with more body.
What is the honey process?
The honey process is a method halfway between washed and natural. The coffee is pulped but dried with some of the pulp still clinging to the bean, which adds sweetness and complexity without the fruit intensity of a natural. The result is a balanced, silky cup with naturally sweet notes — like the honey the process is named after.
Is it available whole bean or ground?
Available as whole bean or ground — for espresso, moka pot, filter and French press. Choose your option when adding it to your basket.
Is it a strong or mild coffee?
It's a medium-intensity coffee, balanced and very pleasant. It has body without being heavy, citrus acidity without being sharp, and a natural sweetness that makes it easy to drink at any time of day.
What's the difference between specialty coffee and regular coffee?
Specialty coffee is selected by origin, variety and process, with full traceability back to the farm. It's roasted lighter to preserve the bean's own flavours, without the bitterness of industrial dark roasts.
How should I store my coffee?
In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Not in the fridge. Reseal the bag tightly after each use.
What is the shelf life?
Best enjoyed within 9 months of the roast date shown on the bag.
